Anna is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the UCSF Pediatric Heart Center. She is a bay area native and earned her bachelors degree at U.C. Berkeley in Integrative Biology. Anna then completed the UCSF Master's Entry Program in Nursing. She started her advanced practice career working in General Pediatric Surgery, initially at Valley Children's Hospital in the Central Valley, and then here at UCSF. Anna has also worked as a Nurse Practitioner in the Newborn Nursery here in UCSF's Birth Center where she focused on newborn care and maternal health. She is excited to join the Pediatric Heart Center with the opportunity to work with mothers in the prenatal period, as well as with infants with complex congenital heart conditions. Recreationally, Anna likes to try new restaurants, explore the bay area, spend time with friends and family, and travel. Some of her favorite destinations are Italy and Japan.
